not sure i agree entirely jayson. it would seem to me that Q/H can extract the material, charge AGS a 'full' processing fee, salvage value ex otherwise redundant processing capacity, return 25% of the product and sell the remaining 75% against I expect some long term contracts.
I cant see that Q/H don't have any immediate comemrcial reasons to settle other than a maybe exposure that they may lose control and have to give some gouged costs back. Notably, it is control they will lose in the first instance, access to product second.
I think AGS need to push a little harder.
