On defamation, I often have to reply to support queries where members don't understand why they have been given a compulsory suspension for a defamatory post.
Note Yoda's information on the number 10 employees as being a critical changing point, don't be personal in your posts, and be factual without emotion.
You CAN post negative comments, but you need to be smart about it.
Example:
Member posts:
"That pack of con artists are ripping shareholders off"
Member should have posted:
"I am concerned that administration costs and expenses for this quarter are $8million when only $200,000 has been spent on exploration and development and we had a placement for $5 mill 2 months ago."
It's a silly example perhaps, but gives you the idea of getting facts across without slanging off management of a director with emotional attacks.
Maturity in word choice, no matter how angry you are before you click 'post message' may save a whole lot of dramas, and other members will see the facts without moderation necessary.
