Yoda/Madmin, I understand that HC is investigating the possibility of relocating operations outside of Australia to protect themselves from litigation. Would this protect HC member from litigation since posts are held off shore? Is the evidence (posts) inadmicible in court?
On a similar note, if posters are located outside of Australia, and post defamatory comments that could be subject to litigation, are they protected since they are outside Australia? Although HC would still be in the firing line.
I will support any way necessary. We are of course owners of the companies we invest in, and directors et al are employees of ours. Australian law needs to get into the 21st century. We are no longer sheep theives!
