Long Term Share Scheme Incentive
The Directors resolved that a further 1.85 million redeemable shares in the
company be issued on the 15 March 2013 under the Long Term Share Scheme
introduced in 2009.
The issue price is 65 cents per share based on the 10 day volume weighted
share price up to that date. Terms of the scheme are the same as the 2009
issue. After this issue thl has 118,519,920 shares on issue consisting of
110,199,920 ordinary shares and 8,320,000 redeemable shares.
