I personally believe that there should be some kind of licensing/qualification involved in opening a personal trading account.Maybe in the form of completing some kind of TAFE course that proves some knowledge of the market and how it works.
The fact that this woman was so heavily invested in a penny stock at this stage of her life.One would have to assume she was not really aware of what she was doing,nor the risks involved.
The fact that the company involved,once learning of the anonymous posters identity and situation still continued to pursue her by legal means,IMO says much about the character of said directors.
Maybe this story should be given a segment on one of the many current affairs shows,simply stating the facts and letting the public draw their own conclusions.
BTW Mods if anything I've stated in the above could be construed as defamatory,Feel free to moderate.I wouldnt want their lawyers coming after me.
