Perhaps the "story line" (undervalued?) fed to SI's by the facilitating broker during the CR does not seem to be eventuating, or at least as fast as suggested, and they are prepared to move capital to "greener pastures" for just the loss of exit brokerage.
It showed great promise initially with a move up into the low 3's, but now some are seeing they were sucked in and need to move on.
