Simple, put in a bid at 4.5c, when the last trade was at 6c and HOPE that someone hits you. Then later compain that the market is wrong when they sold it down and that it is their fault that we're in dire straights.
I wish it was that easy to make it go up 25%!
Then again, that would probably be "creating a false market".
