As for the class action I think you will find that IMF will go quietly as they took a set back in the case on a very technical legal matter - you can reference this on the CCS announcements platform....

So thinking about it, consider the following:-

- CCS has a market cap of circa $1million
- If everything goes according to plan for CCS this year they could make anywhere between $1million & $5million
- Apply a multiple of 5x to say NPAT of $2.5 and you come up with a market cap of $12.5 million which is 12x the existing market cap and accordingly potentially 12x the existing share price...
