Yakko, even "to annhilate the carrnts" requires a great deal of thinking -most probably more thinking than ectully thinking up a strategy which would bring about THE END OF THIS TYPE OF TERRORISM rather than the annihilation of them which a) just cannot happen and b) will only begat more terrorists!
