Re: loans- If this is what you refer to regarding loans, you will see they relate to activities prior to the companies involvement. As the company stands to benifit as a result of prior expeditures they give something back in return.. that would explain why the loans are not on CTR books

On 25 January 2013, Citation Resources Ltd announced that Range Resources Limited (Range) had agreed to take a
strategic equity interest in the Company of up to 19.9% funded through the conversion of loans used for the initial
funding of the Atzam #4 well and acquisition costs of the Atzam Oil Project in Guatemala prior to the Company’s
involvement.
