what about a scenario like this:
Glencore buy 80-90% of Mbalam for say $1 billion. SDL keep 10-20% and get free carried through the infrastructure build and return that $1 billion to share holders through dividends/cap return of say 30 cents per share.....
We all get to keep our shares in a company that owns 10-20% of a large asset that will produce a profit in a couple of years. No risk of dilution to us as no capital is needed to develop the project.
This makes the most sense to me.
