There's generally some pretty smart players who post on H/Copper so it surprises me that no one seems to have thought of, or is commenting on 'The Flip Side'
for BQT if Monoco did indeed bail out of the contract for whatever reason.
Now Genner may be many things,
but you cannot tell me that he wouldn't have a contingency plan up his sleeve, should BQT not reach a favourable outcome with respect to the Monoco/Brand Card contract.
Nobody would commit the future of any Australian publicly listed company on the bona-fides of a one company/contract deal with only 'minor players' (as has been inferred by some H/Copper posters) involved, without first leaving the back door open ('insurance'), should the deal not proceed as planned.

(Q)* We all would agree that Monoco has the patents and the idea hence the Rhiando connection, correct?

(Q)* We all would agree that BQT has the 'intellectual property' and 'technology' required to make the whole Brand Card system and ideology work, correct?

(Q)* So if the contract/deal did not happen, Monoco bailed, and BQT never got the money, do some of you really believe that BQT would suffer greatly, and that
that would be the end of the story?

(Q)* Have any of you ever wondered what exactly BQT has, that a company (Monoco) is prepared to pay $32,500,000 (plus ongoings over time) for!

(A)* BQT has the technology and intellectual property to make it all happen.
No BQT, and it doesn't happen, full stop!
So, if it didn't happen for whatever reason, can any of you tell me how much Visa Card or MasterCard would be willing to pay BQT exclusively to incorporate the system onto their cards, and completely eliminate all fraud losses (currently absorbed and claimed to be in the billions each year)?

BQT may well lose the deal/contract with Monoco through no fault of it's own, but they will still own the intellectual property and technology that makes the whole concept tick, and that they have been working on for some 9 years.

So tell me people, should we really be giving a hoot how many staff work there, and what an Auditors disclaimers infer, or don't infer! Should we really be concerned about the credibility or percieved lack of,
through BQT's client Monoco! Should we really worry about 'Dear John' letters from Max or Neil Rhiando!

No, it's really time to wake up Australia, BQT have got something that can save Billions, and is now worth Millions, regardless of any, and all outcomes so get real, or get a life..........as always, it's your choice!
