    Mostly placements are at a discount.
    Also all coal enterprises are suffering with low valuations at this time so for VBR to choose CCC as their 1st coal invest is positive for CCC shareholders.
    Also if you check the website of VBR it seems they are not only solvent but ( untill now at least) have a decent operative record.
