I think that the market is reacting badly because PGI state they are proceeding to US$1M a week revenue, but strangely they need to seek new loans at 10%PA to provide sufficient cash to stay afloat.
So it looks like the cost of production is incredibly high.... Not what you need when you owe $50M...
