I guess the negative I grab from that report is,
Phase 2 is also nearly complete (construction 98%) with commissioning due in the June quarter and production then dependent on the demand outlook,
What would be nice would be to hear contracts signed for Phase 2 and ramp up will be asap to get this product out.
One its sold doesnt that mean the demand issues are null and void?? Obviously demand will effect basket price as i'm pretty sure there would just be a floor price and not necessarily a ceiling??
