Total shares before the issuing new shares was 8,822,771,352
New Shares 314,604,392
Total shares now 9,137,375,744
Shandong holding is 4,501,997,651
That means Shandong now only have 49.27% holding
Is this a win win for us now. Many posters wanted the cash from Shandong but not the total control of 51%. Now they only have 49.27%.
Will they buy more shares to get back to 51% ????
