One HUGH requirement for winning tenders/contracts (should it come to this) is the ability to supply and in a timely manner. Point I'm making is that if AFT cannot supply 100% then they will more than likely be dismissed altogether. When looking at the Bird Flu Virus and the likely effect on AFT, one must also consider that the world went thru two other big recent scares, ie anthrax and SARS. AFT did extensive lab tests on SARS and results worked very much so in favour of Microgenix....but AFT was ignored. Pehaps this was due to the fact that if you have the best scientific discovery in the world then it's worth very little commercially if you have no marketing skills. AFT, at late, have addressed this problem so I suppose time will tell.
