It sounds like the NDRC wanted to wrap the deal and had made repeated requests for him to complete the deal or stand aside, but this clown continued to stand in the way....it seems like it is a huge positive that this bloke is is now out of the way now..things might actually be completed now....

And it is

NDRC and CDB would already have state run companies in mind to take this project on in the same way that had lined up the still mills to partner...

As they have indicated from very early on they are very keen on this project and will fund it.....
