God1, Mining Permits were only made available wks ago. IMO, the Board HAS been actively canvassing all alternate JV / takeover options available. Comments from GJ & GC made recently, can't be interpreted any other way. Just what corner do you claim we have been painted into?
The Chinese Gov. Have done all SDL SH's a huge favour by ensuring Hanlong won't be able to produce the TS by the 26th.
