yes wires were crossed in my mind However your wording of that paragraph was simply horrible alecfra. No offense it just was not as clear as your re-worded explanation (which was in fact quite clear).

Alecfra, GCN could of made an agreement with P1 to escrow those shares and still give them out to holders. They chose not to. I agree with you entirely that P1 shareprice upon listing isn't being done any favours by having a lot of essentially free-carried hands (not actually free-carried if you lost on the GCN shares you owned but most will see it as free anyway).

I personally won't sell on open.. don't see the point.
