I know sid, but I figure it's better to be upfront with the truth than let the red hearts make a giant windfall off the backs of less savvy investors.
How often do 'nearology' plays actually deliver results and meet expectations? We should all ask ourselves this.
Just be careful. Maybe there is a treasure trove of graphite there. But there could just as easily be disappointing results.
