Hi Mrs OM. I have read thru most of the posts you have made on LYC and for a very high majority of them I like them alot and find you convincing, entertaining and well informed. However, on this issue of going to ASIC with a complaint abt disclosure on the 5 samples, I disagree.

If you are a LT holder of LYC stock do u really truly want them to spend YOUR money on having someone get tied up in non-productive work to defend the disclosure of this matter? This becomes a distraction and would also be a distraction for Eric at a time he doesnt need one.

I do understand & appreciate that u are pissed off LYC didnt disclose more info abt the 5 samples, but if you are going to take on LYC for disclosure, pick your fights /issues carefully otherwise LYC will end up with 50 people in the PR dept defending every announcement and as a result, have less profit to pay for that dividend you want in future.
