Hi strongy.
Been doing a bit of reading to try and make a guessimate, here's what I have so far (all going from the past BPT/ICN updates in regards to Halifax - I agree not the best guide, but since Holdfast-2 is Australia's first horizontal shale well...)
Once they announce drilling is complete, the rig needs to be demobilized (5-10 days)
Fracture trucks etc setup and fracture (30 days) for 15 stages.
Then the well will be placed on production testing (30 days at the earliest)
Grand total 70 days from the well being drilled successfully, which going from company announcements should be any day now, I think some time around the start of June.
Hopefully the company can provide a clearer picture soon.
