re: licence deal on the table. to stock doc Yes, but they took up the shares rather than allow themselves to be diluted, imo that at least is positive...the total number of shares on issue however is not and companies like this are always a risk for capital reconstructions (ie consolidations and the inevitable price fall that accompanies it..)
