That's 75% of the profit, so $130 millions extra profit - if the reduction in price is around 30% as in California, that means the original price will be 100/30 x $130 = $433 millions per state?

Since NY is probably the high end, if I multiply that with 20, the market for this "forced insurance" seems to be around $8 billions a year for Assurant alone.

How big is QBE's share in this market, and how much profit it has to reduce going forward to comply with the settlement demands?
