Guys, do you think short cover fantasies help? The share price is down because the REO prices are still retracing from a big bubble with no end in sight in an oversupplied market with significantly rising supply. The only hedge fund likely to be sitting on larger short positions is the one that has underwritten the convertible bond deal, Mount Kellet Capital Management. These short positions are likely to remain in the market until we see the next phase of downward pressure or capital raising. NC will have some kind of deal with that big investor and I'm afraid the solution will once again not be in favour of small shareholders.
