Citizen Initiated Referendum would be a positive change imo.
Putting the power back in the hands of the people.
Also, all votes on legislation in Parliament should be secret.
All MP's should be able to vote on the conscience (if they have one) and in accordance with the best interests of their constituents.
A secret ballot for every Bill would ensure that only good legislation was carried through.
