Why, if you haven't compiled your knowledge base on homoeopathic treatments, are you so dismissive of it? Especially as there are millions of examples of successful homoeopathic treatments available for inspection?
But, I suppose you have answered your own question. With natural treatments, it doesn't matter how much you try to get the message out there, even setting aside the scepticism, most people want to rely on the "safety" of the "conventional" system, even though it has no conventions.
