re: Ann: CLO: Sale of Shareholding in Forge G... FGE should consider suing CLO for misleading business practices, specifically agreeing to terms on false pretences for personal gain.

I dont think their would actually be a case but CLO have dogged FGE, never given them anything and cut and run.

Agree though it is good to get rid of them, free up shares and also means other parties can now potentially take FGE out.
