i'm glad others are voting no to the first 4 items - so not only me.
i'd rather see KC and mgmt get a lot of options to get the sp to out-performance - this is better bonus alignment than free performance and in-the-money options.
the sp can outperform if they even simply start converting their CA reserves into production - i.e. tell us how they will get better resource flow and start to do this.
