Funny thing is is IF property does crash in the future what will it crash to???
In 2020 if it "crashes" to 2013/2014 levels will those that waited out 2000 to 2005 be out of the money.
Will those who waited out 2006 - 2013 be out of the money?
Will those who waited out post 2013 be out of the money.
I would say yes if we continue to have relatively low inflation as we have had since 1995 onwards.
The point is just because you think there will be a crash in the future does not mean you should not buy if that is your eventual intention.
The question you musk ask is will the crash (if it even happens!) be greater than the price appreciation experienced before said crash.
