MNM is running the same small target approach as exergen.
and with that ALDP cash so close, and the Gillard Govt so volatile, why would either MNM or exergen beat the drum at this stage and draw attention to themselves?
There is a good reason why the ALDP rules involve a muzzle for applicants.
And the tactic is working. The Quit Coal driven attack on the BM project from 2012 has lost all media and political traction, and the Greens can't seem to lay a glove on the ALDP & BCP agenda. What was the BM horse woman's name again?
IMO MNM are doing exactly what is required to help exergen get that $30-40 million from the ALDP to ensure the demo plant gets built to take the BM JV to the next critical stage.
And at this stage that means keeping a low profile.
That should change significantly in June when the ALDP winners can be revealed.
