    Hi everyone,

    I don't understand these broker valuations - do they still factor in decision risk? the reason that I ask is because BTU has been up around $1.20 before, and I believe that if BTU had avoided major legal battles, there would have been further upside.

    And yet here we are talking about $0.55?
