NOTICE OF MEETING
The Annual Meeting of shareholders of Summerset Group Holdings Limited
('Summerset') will be held in the Hui Room at Te Raukura, Odlins Square,
Taranaki Street Wharf, Wellington, New Zealand on Tuesday 30 April 2013 at
1.00 pm.
Items of Business
A The Chairman's introduction;
B Addresses to shareholders;
C Shareholder discussion;
D Resolutions.
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following ordinary resolutions:
1. That the Board is authorised to fix the Auditors' remuneration;
2. That Rob Campbell be re-elected as a Director of Summerset;
3. That James Ogden be re-elected as a Director of Summerset.
