when LAND is involved, things can always take longer than expected. I do agree 100% that if your late your late and tough shi* should have been the courts response. I can tell you one thing about the high/federal court, papers that get lodged dont get looked at really until the court date, A friend got taken to high court and the other party lodged papers that the judge did not even see until the day and then he threw them out as they were to late.

As long as OBL has all the correct paperwork then it should not be a problem at all...Govt lawyers obviously have some spare time now Gillard didnt get rolled.
