Spot on asiaflyer --- Why would you purchase shares in a company that's entered into a 'scheme of arrangement' and has $75M in uncollected working capital and 'maybe' a higher value than 38 cents??
Surely, if the working capital was there surely 'someone' in their wisdom would have collected it and then 'maybe' the Company would have had additional working capital and been in a stronger position to negotiate the 'best' deal for shareholders. Not at all happy Jan.
Early days yet, due diligence process may uncover something? As for me, absolutely estatice I'm out of the mess. Over the years NFK been a good trade, I'm siiting on the fence for now.
Has anyone heard if RCR has injected working capital into Norfolk?
