Some good information for those wondering why all the hoohah about EME on listing date.
The best uranium junior explorer on the ASX imo...though SP probly a bit high at moment (could easily change with drilling).
Not holding, but have exposure thru jrl.

Historic results add impetus
New listing Energy Metals
Ltd is looking to convert its
Bigrlyi uranium deposit in
the Northern Territory into a JORC
compliant resource by re-assaying
20,000 metres of existing drill core
and completing a scoping study by
2007.
Energy Metals only listed on the
ASX last month and controls seven
uranium projects. Two are in the
NT, including Bigrlyi, which is 390
kilometres north west of Alice
Springs and the most advanced.
The remaining five projects are in
Western Australia, all with historic
mineralisation.
The Bigrlyi play comprises 10
granted exploration retention
licences covering 16 prospects
(Anomaly 1-16) occurring over
11.5 km of strike.
Since the discovery of uranium
(and vanadium) mineralisation in
1973, some 413 holes have been
drilled at Bigrlyi, returning
encouraging results from several
prospects.
Drilling has shown that the
Anomaly 15 mineralisation extends
down plunge for a minimum of 600
metres with an average width of 4m
and is still open below the drilled
depth of 250m below surface.
Energy Metals intends to continue
to drill out the project, initially
focusing on the Anomaly 15 and
Anomaly 4 prospects.
Concurrently the company will be
undertaking the re-assaying work,
which should upgrade the sampling
and assaying procedures sufficient
to enable resource calculations
compliant with the JORC code.
The company also plans to test the
known prospects and explore for
further mineralisation, under cover,
east of Anomaly 15, where wide
spaced reconnaissance drilling has
recorded encouraging results.
The known mineralisation
outcrops along a 14 km strike, is
open along strike and at depth and
has potential to be mined by open
cut followed by underground.
Pre-feasibility test work identified
6 million pounds of uranium oxide
mineralisation with metallurgical
recoveries of 98% for uranium
oxide and 70% for vanadium.
Energy Metals plans to initially
undertake infill drilling at Bigrlyi in
the fourth quarter of 2005 and
thereafter step out drill to identify
mineralisation under cover east of
Anomaly 15, where historic
reconnaissance drilling recorded
encouraging results.
At Ngalia Regional the company
has applied for six contiguous
exploration licences and is hoping
these will be granted early next year.
Once granted, Energy Metals will
focus exploration on the
immediate strike extensions of the
Bigrlyi mineralisation, particularly
to the east of Anomaly 15. It will
also investigate the potential for
additional uranium and vanadium
mineralisation at, and adjacent to,
the known prospects ofWalbiri and
Malawiri and other targets.
Encouraging drill results were
historically recorded at Malawiri,
including 3.3m at 7.7 kg/t and 2.7m
at 8.5 kg/t uranium oxide. At
Walbiri results included 5.5m at
1.03 kg/t and 1m at 7.9 kg/t
uranium oxide.
In WA, the Anketell project is
located about 100 km east of
Mount Magnet and consists of two
exploration licences with a total
area of 165 square km.
Uranium was discovered at
Anketell in 1972 and subsequent
drilling outlined shallow
mineralisation.
The Lake Mason play sits about
25 km north-north east of
Sandstone and consists of one
granted EL covering about 64 sq
km.
Drilling in the 1970s at the
Breakaway Bore prospect outlined
patchy uranium mineralisation
occurring over a zone about 5 km
long and 250m wide.
