Hammers thanks for clarity:
I dont assume all sales one seller, but i think a very large portion of the sales is one seller.(say 80%)
If its 1 % of their holding rather than % of all shares before they have to spill beans that would only equate to roughly 350,000 for vanguard or franklin (too few..they would have to have told us)
so that leaves m and g which could have sold about 1M without having to spill beans..(again i dont think as many as have been sold by our large seller..)
so either the 1% is of total shares outstanding is the notification threshold , or there is a lot more than 1 major seller, or it is turquoise hill selling.
We shall find out soon enough:
1% is 7M shares....
which is a lot more than I have!
