Had a look at the possibilty that STATOIL might have a finger in our pie and they do seem to meet the criteria outlined in the Australian.
They have plays in Mozambique and Tanzania of which they hold a 65% operator interest.
I,d be happy with that - 65% operator - 25% whl Energy and 10% Seychelle's goverment.
