Adjustment to Conversion Price under Convertible Bond Deed Poll
As Lynas announced to the market on 15
November
2012, Lynas and Mount Kellett have had
discussions regarding
whether the institutional placement and share purchase plan that Lynas
completed in late 2012 triggered the adjustment mechanism under the Convertible Bond Deed Poll
released to the market on 24 January 2012.
Lynas now announces that the Conversion Price
under the Convertible Bond Deed Poll has been
adjusted to A$1.15.
