very different companies - DTE has cash, resource and, while it has an exploration and development budget, it does have the ability to farm-out (at a price) to potential partners - I reckon DTE does not have lots of overheads and not much in way of interest repayment commitments - at share prices around these levels, one would think the company is indeed in a different sort trouble as it may get taken over as share registry seems pretty wide open.
