    33 million shares on issue as stated in announcement 2 days ago

    at current price of 19c, this equates to just under 6 million market cap

    they have raised $2.5 million in cash

    and has three MASSIVE tenements - with one situated in between two existed coal mines

    surely asset value doesn't equate to $3.5 million right ???
