Total speculation, but being a long termer you get a feel for the company and I wouldn't be surprised if there's more to this announcement than merely a CR. My gut feeling says that we have a large pharma suitor in the wings and the CR is some sort of deal.
For instance, I could not reconcile in my mind why GK's last announcement included the declaration that they were ready to sign just before the GFC hit. Could this be why he let that info 'slip' in??
Like I said, pure speculation based on gut feeling. We'll know for sure in a few days!!!
