I believe you just made that mistake.
The second 15 mil were added immediately after the first lot got a very small bite.
A true seller would attempt to stock the buy side further and offer small parcels for sale, make it look as if something is about to happen.
I maintain my view that this is a block, as every other time in the last decade before those holding the shares are ready to pump it.
