They should just sell the whole lot to BCD for cost of drilling imo - circa 9 million.
BCD can pay FNT - 1 million up front and the balance from the proceeds of Gold sales.
With FNT earning 30% of any Au produced above and beyond 22k Au for the next 10 years.
Money in the tank for FNT to buy up the next tranche of QRL.
Money coming in - in case NCM / OTML fall over.
Win win...
Oh and Bob can look for someone else to pay his salary.
