re: Ann: CAP and Pure Metals agree new JV to ... So where is the $25million that BMG was going to payfor their share of the JV? Silvvergate seem to have acquired a large share of the project for very little money? How can Nick this is in the shareholders benefit?

This is why the market cap of the company has dropped by over $30million in the last year and my net worth has dropped accordingly because Nick has given it to Silvergate. I have always felt that Nick had the best interests of the business at heart, but now i feel that Nick, I suggest, should resign! How can you give a way 40% of a project for no contribution? Under the table contribution? Please can someone explain how this transaction is in the interests of the shareholders?

Unless Silvergate had enough votes to get rid of the directors and Nick. And this deal was to say his job and there was no consideration of the shareholders at all!
