    When you use HC you have to realize the environment you are entering. It is like walking into a brothel trying to find thru love. It could happen but.... I found the forum useful and particularly for RIA and MEO.
    I bought into MEO at 7.2 and I had waited awhile. Will average down on a CR, if it happens, and otherwise this stock can only go up (hopefully). Accumulate.
