Today is only the 6th day since the 3Y announcements of directors increasing shareholdings ...I'm not sure how specific the rules are in relation to this -but they may still prefer to wait a bit longer for a substantive ann.
I think it also depends on the details of any voluntary code of conduct.
Anyone offer assistance re: this question?
If so that would be after Easter at the earliest I guess.
