Interesting to note in the white paper that the biggest thing that is killing them is "gasland" and they have no coordinated or structured response to that other than try to pay off local communities.

You know its an election year right?

And that Labor has access to lots of the "getup" style media savvy youth types?

Watch as the Australian version of gasland comes out complete with free FEAR DRIVEN screenings. Anything remotely linked to gas/oil/mineral extraction will be shown as a result of fracking.

"SINKHOLES MAN!! - WHAT ABOUT SINKHOLES!!! THEY'LL KILL US ALL" etc.

I'm against the liverpool plains CSG and similar, but cooper basin brah - its sand and rocks lets exploit that thing to the max.

    Two scenerios:

ONE - INDUSTRY WIDE ATTACK: bad for us, possibly delays, goverment controls, additional compliance costs, etc.

TWO - REGIONAL SPECIFIC ATTACK: Great for us because rocks dont vote and shutting down other gas plants makes our gas more valuable.
