Simgrund, Your timely piece about the CA and other matters is appreciated. For years it has seemed to me that we have been taking, in PIF matters, one step forward and two back. Now it’s more like one forward and four back.
It seems to me that there is really no advannce on vital issues, while lawyers make money out of the suffering of PIF investors. In a properly functioning democracy, ASIC would be the subject of a royal commission. A change of government will see ASIC continue to under-perform in an inexplicable fashion..
Do you have any thoughts about the reasons behind the proposed NSX delisting?
Increasing media paywalls mane press coverage of our woes will be non-existent. I doubt if much will be written about PIF until there is a dramatic development in the CA. The PIF saga has become a stale story - unlike Storm.
